57,000 sq. ft. mixed-use project located at a busy intersection in Boone. The project replaced four old, dilapidated houses and became a new “gateway” into downtown Boone. Site development required the installation of an underground water detention system and was recognized for preserving historic trees. The building includes underground parking, ground level retail areas, medical offices, the US Census Bureau office and a fitness center. Upper floors contain medical offices, business offices and residential condos. The project was heralded as the future look of Boone when it was completed in 2008 and recognized for expressing the vision of the 2030 Master Plan established by the Boone Town Council. |
